The moment that changed everything
When my first son Noah was born in 2012, I walked out of the hospital with a newborn in my arms… and very little idea of what was ahead. Like so many parents, I was told the basics and sent on my way.
At first, I managed. But as the weeks went on and the support faded, exhaustion set in. The short naps. The constant settling. The second-guessing.
I remember wondering… is this just how it’s meant to be? Everyone around me reassured me that it was “normal.” That babies don’t sleep. That I just needed to push through.
But deep down, I knew something wasn’t working.

In the beginning...
So I did what many overwhelmed parents do, I started researching. But instead of surface-level advice, I immersed myself in evidence-based infant sleep science.
I wanted real answers. Practical strategies. Something that actually made sense. And most importantly… something that felt right for me as a parent.
Sleep became more predictable. The constant guessing stopped. And for the first time, I felt calm, confident… and back in control.
But the biggest change wasn’t just Noah’s sleep. It was how I felt as a mother.
More present. More patient. More like myself again!
That experience changed everything.
What started as simple conversations quickly grew.
Because the truth is, so many parents are out there feeling exactly the way I once did: Exhausted. Overwhelmed. And unsure who to trust.
In 2015, I founded Baby Sleep Magic to support families beyond my immediate circle.
Through this experience, I developed The Baby Sleep Magic Method™, a proven, gentle, and structured approach that helps parents create healthy sleep habits without feeling rigid or overwhelming.
Because I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Every baby is different. Every family is different. And your approach to sleep should reflect that.
